Senior Director Project Management

Areas of responsibilities
- Oversee the entire PMO division within Product development
- Integrate GTM Data, Strategy, and Insights to the team to provide actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and comprehensive reporting to drive decision-making across all GTM functions
- Work closely with executive leadership to align GTM strategies with overall business objectives
- Establishment of project management and interfaces throughout the company for product development, analytics, design, textiles, etc
- Management, development and succession planning of team
- Development and continuous optimization of efficient, transparent and flexible project management processes and structures in a very dynamically growing company
- Liaison person for the executive board and senior management on all global projects
- Lead and oversee all budget reviews, deviations, project / team structures plus calendar timelines, workflows and scheduling of development projects
- Oversee quota setting and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market realities
- POC with current / new suppliers and other external partner
- Structuring of projects into work packages and assigning to responsible persons in the company
- Ongoing coordination in particular with design, product management and controlling as well as suppliers and other external partners
- Regular project status reviews and analyses (in terms of time, content and costs) as well as reporting deviations to the department leads and initiating countermeasures
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations via forecasting processes, detailed and reliable projections to senior leadership based on analysis of internal data and market trends
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning
- Support the series start-up phase on site in production
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree / education in technical studies, engineering, business administration, or similar field
- 15+ years of experience in the industrial and consumer sector strongly connected to Go -To-Market
- Proven expertise in project management, engineering, and contractor management
- Experience in leading and developing senior and international teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and people development skills
- Visionary with the ability to inspire others and align with strategic objectives
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills
- Passionate about driving change and innovation
- Results-driven with a focus on setting priorities and making commercially viable decisions
- Experience in process improvement, customer-focused services and project management
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel globally when necessary
