Werksstudent Project Management (m/w/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • You are involved in a wide variety of project management activities, such as: Planning, status and activity reporting, quality assurance, workshops and meetings 
  • You assist in the definition, documentation and maintenance of KPIs, processes and workflows and will create corresponding templates 
  • You help to set up standards and tools in project management.
  • You coordinate and prepare management presentations (preparation and implementation) 
  • You take responsibility for subtasks in the project and attend project team meetings to report on the status.
  • You support the Project Management Team in day-to-day business.
  • You support the Project Management Office Team in day-to-day business.

 
Your profile of qualification:

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar studies
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in industry, consulting and/or project management.
  • You have very good analytical skills, extensive organizational skills and good user knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • You have a communicative and open manner.
  • A structured, detail-oriented and independent way of working round off your profile.
  • An in Germany valid driver’s license would be desirable.
