Working Student CRM (m/f/d)

Your Areas of Responsibilities: 

  • You will independently manage our internal orders from order placement to invoicing as well as returns and credit notes.
  • You will help in placing customer orders and supporting the daily customer tasks
  • You will support the team in administrative tasks such as the creation of reports and data maintenance in SAP
  • You will support creating presentation and documentation for our projects and processes

Your Profile of Qualification: 

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s study in Business Administration or a comparable study 
  • You have very good German and English skills
  • You have a hands-on mentality and high motivation 
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style completes your profile
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power point)
  • You are interested in working in a team and have very good communication skills, written or oral
