Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Business Partner team in the day-to-day HR business along the entire employee lifecycle 
  • Participation in the organization of the onboarding process 
  • Preparation of evaluations and presentation documents 
  • Support in the preparation of certificates, references and other documents
  • Support in various HR projects  
  • Maintenance of personnel files and master data 
  • Participation in the improvement of existing HR processes

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Enrolled in bachelor / master studies of business administration or comparable 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with profound written and oral communication skills in English and German 
  • Strong analytical and highly organized 
  • Outgoing and proactive personality 
  • Proficient with MS Office
