Working Student IT Service Delivery (m/f/d)

Your Areas of Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the implementation of effective IT Service Desk processes
  • Coordination with service providers
  • Monitoring and optimisation of KPIs
  • Support IT projects (evaluation, solution implementation, planning, implementation and monitoring)

 

Your Profile of Qualification: 

  • Enrolled in bachelor / master studies in business administration, informatics or comparable studies
  • Understanding of business processes management.
  • Advanced MS Office skills - especially in Excel
  • You have a hands-on mentality, high motivation and detail-oriented personality
  • Good command of spoken and written English
