Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • You will support us in the entire recruiting process and can bring your expertise and creativity in active sourcing to identification and approaching candidates to full advantage.
  • With your organizational skills, you will take over the coordination of our interview appointments
  • Ensure that our database is up to date and maintain important candidate information to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • You can demonstrate your communication skills in daily correspondence with candidates, colleagues and external cooperation partners.
     

Your profile of qualification:

  • You are a student (m/f/d) (bachelor or master) of economics, psychology or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • You are an organizational talent with a structured and foresighted way of working
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the HR department through internships or working student activities
  • You have a fluent knowledge of German and English and have advanced skills in MS-Office
  • You are available to work in our Bayreuth office
