Your seat to fill:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through premium brand experience
- Be a role model for consumer service, assess consumer needs and assist by providing detailed and accurate product information and excellent product demonstrations
- Process payment returns and exchanges and adhere to cash and profit protection procedures
- Offer premium after-sales services and assist with certain repairs
- Build productive trust relationships with consumers
- Ensure compliance with Cybex policies and procedures
- Maintain a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
- Capture meaningful consumer data (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the consumer, building relationships and personalizing future consumer development opportunities
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals
- Comply with store policies and procedures, security standards to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
- Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive sales and achieve store KPI targets
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- First sales experience in luxury, premium retail or juvenile industry
- Relevant education at minimum completed apprenticeship in sales, commercial or similar
- Good communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
- Passion and interest in design & fashion
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Flexibility, strong customer focus, hands-on mentality
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS system
