Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Become the expert in your product category field
  • Research into the market and competitive landscape
  • Implement effectively product launches defined by the Marketing Manager and working with cross functional teams
  • Own the retail landscape in relation to POS, ensuring that POS materials of CYBEX are in a well-maintained and flawless condition
  • Ensure that category digital landscape is best in class working with Digital Specialist
  • Supporting sales teams with launch activations
  • Implement the marketing collaterals for a 360° marketing approach (Trade, Social, Print, etc.) and create new / adapt global content for products in your category 
  • Support the organization and implementation of B2C fairs and events with retail partners for your Category 
  • Prepare presentations, track relevant KPIs across all functions and provide high-level summaries
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Team regarding any administrative tasks


Your profile of qualification:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent qualification or at least 1-2 years proven track record experience in similar role
  • Ambitious with energy to drive the brand and product category
  • Ability to coordinate launches effectively
  • Full clean driving license
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel & PowerPoint in particular
