Your seat to fill:
- Drive product listings and revenue growth within the assigned category, working towards defined targets
- Identify, research, and proactively engage prospective customers while building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Organize, manage, and deliver brand immersion sessions and product training activities
- Plan and execute effective visit cycles, respond to customer inquiries, assess customer needs, and provide tailored consultations
- Install company Point of Sale (POS) materials and ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness for all products and POS assets
- Report market feedback to headquarters, including competitive activities, product launches, and brand activations
- Accurately record data and insights from customer visits
- Analyze company sales data to identify focus areas and share best practices and success stories
- Plan, manage, and participate in in-store events to support sell-out performance
- Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines to support sell-in and sell-out initiatives

- Previous experience in a sales representative or comparable sales role
- Completed education, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or a related field
- Strong motivation and drive to support brand growth
- Solid understanding of premium and/or luxury markets and retail environments
- Proven sales experience with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to plan and manage travel and visit schedules efficiently
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable working style
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced, evolving international environment
- Valid driving license
