Your seat to fill:
- Develop strategic account plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Analyze account performance and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Partner closely with accounts to support merchandising, inventory management, and sales initiatives.
- Ensure retailers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to maximize sales performance.
- Drive adoption of new product introductions and key brand initiatives.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and business plans for assigned accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment opportunities.
- Monitor competitive activity, pricing, merchandising, and industry trends.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience managing independent or specialty retail accounts.
- Proven success delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience conducting in-store presentations, training programs, and business reviews.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
