Your areas of responsibilities:
- Support VP Sales, Regional Account Executives, and Business Development Manager with sales activities.
- Provide extensive administrative assistance for daily account management tasks.
- Emphasize coordination and support in sales-related endeavors.
- Facilitate the set-up process of new products across national accounts, ensuring comprehensive item-level data and meeting image requirements. Monitor and ensure timely submission of all item-level data, aiming for a lead time of at least 60 days prior to "go live" date.
- Collaborate with CRM team to ensure partner feeds contain accurate and relevant item information.
- Coordinate with marketing across departments to guarantee timely delivery of assets to assigned accounts, utilizing proficiency in Salsify.
- Manage promotional activities as outlined by management, overseeing promotional order forms, dashboards, and their distribution.
- Provide support for presentations and meetings, attending weekly sales and RAE meetings, and tracking action items and notes.
- Maintain and distribute monthly communications to retailers, including price lists, inventory reports, and order forms, while staying updated on new product launches and pricing changes.
- Take full ownership of sales tools and programs, including B2B portal management, CRM tool usage, and e-commerce store locator maintenance.
- Work cross functionally with sales and marketing teams to support consumer events; handling tasks such as samples ordering and product tracking.
- Assist in planning and coordinating both trade and consumer event activities internally.
- Provide administrative support for the brand ambassador program on a daily basis, with some familiarity with Microsoft Forms being advantageous.
Your profile of qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required.
- 3 years experience; preferably in a Sales or Marketing support role
- Proficient using Microsoft applications with specific focus on Excel and Power Point
- Some familiarity with forecasting and planning processes
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks and managing multiple timelines and due dates.
- Comfortable talking in a group setting both internal and external.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with low supervision.
