Your seat to fill:

 

  • Own and represent technical expertise for the Child Safety category, ensuring strong product credibility and accurate safety communication.
  • Drive sell-out growth and market share through proactive consumer consultation, in-store demonstrations, and technical selling support.
  • Support peak-day traffic in priority retail locations (2–3 Saturdays per month) to maximize conversion and revenue performance.
  • Deliver structured product, safety, and installation training to retail teams, improving technical selling confidence and measurable conversion uplift.
  • Ensure full compliance with brand presentation, safety communication, and POS standards across all retail doors.
  • Strengthen retailer partnerships through consistent in-store presence, hands-on support, and relationship management.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth gaps, distribution opportunities, and improvement areas within the Child Safety category.
  • Expand active retail doors and optimize distribution footprint to drive sustainable category growth.
  • Provide high-quality performance reporting, structured competitor analysis, and actionable market insights to HQ.

  • Relevant professional experience in technical sales, field training, or retail environments.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with credibility in safety consultation and advisory roles.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written), required for customer interaction and internal reporting.
  • Willingness and availability to travel within the assigned region and to work 2–3 Saturdays per month as part of business needs.
