Your seat to fill:
- Implement sales strategies to successfully promote and sell CYBEX strollers to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry
- Ensure product merchandising and POS materials follow visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
- Plan and participate in sales events, including occasional weekend activities (1–2 Saturdays per month, with equivalent weekdays off to maintain a 5-day work week)
- Support retailers in creating social media (SoMe) content and driving additional sales initiatives
- Deliver structured coaching and product training sessions to retailers and relevant partners (including influencers), following CYBEX training standards to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and tailored consultations, acting as a trusted business partner
- Identify potential new customers and initiate relevant partnerships
- Analyze sales data, monitor stock levels, forecast trends, and manage or follow up on budgets effectively
- Develop and execute business and activity plans with retailers in collaboration with the General Manager Category
- Continuously track market trends and competitor activities and share insights internally and externally
- Support the marketing team with the distribution of materials across the retailer network

- Relevant professional experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, ideally within retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, and current fashion trends
- Motivation to contribute to strengthening the market position of Cybex Wheelgoods
- Solid understanding of premium and luxury markets with a proven ability to promote and sell products effectively
- Proficiency in Danish, Swedish, and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage a remote/home office environment
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Availability to support sell-out activities 1–2 Saturdays per month (with weekday compensation to maintain a 5-day work week)
