Your seat to fill:

• Prepare financial statements for IMEA entities and support month-end and year-end reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform month-end account closings, reconciliations, and journal entries, including accruals, provisions, FX evaluations, inventories, and reserves.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and interface with sub-ledgers (AR, AP, payroll) to ensure accurate accounting.
• Manage fixed asset transactions and process intercompany recharges with timely reconciliations.
• Monitor, analyze, and investigate general ledger accounts to ensure day-to-day operations are correctly recorded.
• Coordinate with headquarters in Germany and support financial audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Assist business stakeholders in accounting and reporting issues to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Support tax-related matters and collaborate with tax consultants for required tax declarations.
• Participate in accounting and business-driven projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies while optimizing processes.
   

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Completed university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a comparable professional qualification (e.g., certified accountant).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles in accordance with IFRS.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP FI/CO is preferred.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Strong analytical and structured working style with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Action-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  Proficient English language skills (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics is an advantage.
