Area of responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a standard training for all our products for internal and external use
  • Hold product trainings for retailers and other customers
  • Increase product knowledge across CYBEX & distributors network by delivering powerful and educational training solutions.
  • Visit new and existing customers to train them in our products, assess their needs and consult then individually
  • Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Participate in international and local fairs and events 
  • Actively hold local events / training courses especially on child safety education
  • Being the first contact person btw our office and customers
  • Ensure all Cybex / GB point of sales is maintained and kept in perfect condition helping with POS setting up in store

 

Profile of qualification:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in similar position is a plus
  • Fluent in business English
  • Positive and winning attitude, very sociable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with capacity to talk in public
  • Understanding for lifestyle and design 
  • Strong goal focus
  • Good networker and strong team player
  • Highly motivated
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time
