Areas of responsibilities

Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and enhance customer experience.
Design and set up attractive and functional in-store displays and window installations.
Collaborate with store, marketing, and buying teams to ensure visual presentation supports promotional activities and product launches.
Monitor and maintain store presentation standards including mannequins, lighting, signage, and props.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency of visual displays across locations and provide feedback and training to staff.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
Maintain inventory and manage the procurement of visual display materials and tools.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitors’ visual merchandising techniques.

Profile of qualification:

Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or related field.
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., fashion, luxury goods, consumer electronics
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
Strong portfolio of past visual merchandising projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong understanding of visual design principles and retail layout optimization.
Creative flair, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel between store locations and work during non-standard hours when required.
