Areas of responsibilities: 


  • Organize sales meeting and team building event 
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to the General Manager UK in project management and administrative tasks;
  • Prepare and arrange business trips and customer visits;
  • Manage office related purchases, stationery, answering calls, post central invoices & expenses;
  • Prepare presentations, track relevant KPIs across all functions and provide high-level summaries;
  • Support on administrative Staff Management: Planning, holidays, follow up on UK regulations on the HR side
  • Build CRM reports for commentary/Observations
  • Update stock on promotional lists and review price list to send out 
  • Support the sales team regarding their sample requests 
  • Check on suppliers' invoices and create/support on stock lists
  • Process orders for PR & influencers, support marketing function in their adminitrastive tasks
  • Follow up on POS orders and handle communication with each stores 
  • Support on stock room management & deliveries into the office


Critial requirements: 


  • Graduated from A levels and/or above
  • This role could be an entry level position for someone looking to gain their first corporate experience within office management/sales support
  • Hands on & pro active mentality
  • Good communicator at all levels 
  • Multi tasking and analytical
  • Curious, open minded & willing to learn 
  • Good experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
