Your seat to fill:

• Support, coordinate and monitor import and export customs processes for CTP TR in compliance with Turkish customs law, applicable foreign trade regulations and internal CYBEX Group requirements.
• Manage external customs brokers and customs-related service providers, including monitoring of deviations and escalations.
• Review customs-relevant data and documents, in particular HS codes, customs value, origin of goods, Incoterms and payment terms where relevant for customs purposes.
• Support the tariff classification of goods for Türkiye and maintain relevant customs and foreign trade master data in SAP S/4HANA in alignment with Global Customs & Trade Compliance.
• Support the correct determination of customs value, including freight, insurance, assists, royalties, tooling costs, transfer pricing elements and other customs value-relevant components.
• Review and coordinate origin and preferential trade documentation, in particular non-preferential origin, preferential origin, A.TR, supplier declarations and other documents relevant for Turkish customs clearance.
• Act as Key User for TAREKS and coordinate import-related product, control and release processes, including import permits, control certificates and authority requirements.
• Support the integration of customs-relevant processes and data into SAP S/4HANA and local operational systems to ensure controlled import and export processes.
• Maintain proper customs-relevant documentation, prepare reports and support internal controls, audits and customs authority inquiries.
• Analyze customs and foreign trade-related issues and support corrective and improvement measures in alignment with local departments, external stakeholders and Global Customs & Trade Compliance.
