Your seat to fill:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, key accounts, and distribution partners acrossTurkey, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.
- Work closely with the Functional Superior to plan, organize, and prioritize activities, providing input on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee order processing via phone, email, or EDI packages, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan deliveries and proactively follow up on logistical issues, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Liaise with accounts payable and the finance department, ensuring smooth transactional processes and timely resolution of queries.
- Manage and resolve incoming regional customer requests, challenges, and after-sales inquiries or complaints, providing senior-level guidance where necessary.
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks with attention to detail and process efficiency.
- Handle special shipping requests and escalations, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
- Assist in CRM reporting, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Maintain strong internal coordination with local Sales and Marketing departments, acting as a bridge to ensure alignment and support strategic goal
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering fields.
- Few years of experience in order management , sales operations and customer management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent Turkish and professional English language skills.
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with its day-to-day use will be an advantage.
- Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
