Your seat to fill:

• Support the execution of local marketing plans aligned with global brand strategies with a close partnership with CTP Europe brand teams.
• Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities in the local market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.  
• Coordinate 360* marketing campaigns and funnel strategies in all touch points.
• Assist in creating and managing marketing content for online and offline platforms.
• Manage POS materials, ensure strong brand visibility and compliance with brand guidelines at retailers in B&M and online point of sales.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities. 
• Track and report marketing campaign performance and key KPIs. 
• Support planning and control of the marketing budget in accordance with financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Few years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role within a consumer-focused environment. 
• Strong interest in branding, consumer behavior, and design-driven products. 
• Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
