You will work directly for our Senior Key Account Manager as part of a dynamic sales & marketing team that launches our exciting innovation to the UK Markets. Visit our retail partners within your region where you will own the store in terms of product knowledge & in store merchandising excellence. Build relationships with the store personnel and report back to HQ with Cybex product feedback as well as competition and market insight. Working cross functional with local sales & marketing teams (Circa 20-25 people) to grow our brand awareness and revenue in all of our product categories
Area of responsibilities:
• Be the go-to expert in your product field and confidently promote our brand.
• You will be assigned a specific product category to specialize in, allowing you to become an advanced trainer in that area.
• Plan visit cycles based on demographics and opportunities to maximize impact.
• Provide detailed product training and support, ensure merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and address customer queries and install POS materials.
• Ensure products and POS displays are clean and well-maintained.
• Report on competitor activity, product launches, and brand activations back to HQ. Capture visit data and insights to inform future strategies.
• Use your network to secure additional listings and drive sales through retail staff.
• Leverage sales data to identify focus areas, track KPIs related to sales performance and impact, and share success stories with the team.
• Interact directly with end consumers alongside the wider team at baby shows throughout the year. Collaborate with retailers to create content for social media channels, driving brand awareness and engagement.
Profile of Qualification
• Coming with strong experience in the consumer products industry , with prior training experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with retail staff and customers.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and leveraging KPIs to inform and drive strategic decisions.
• Capable of developing impactful training and merchandising strategies that resonate with in-store teams.
• Willing and able to travel daily across the region, including regularly at weekends, and where needed in key cities for events outside your region.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and passport for both domestic and international travel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with team members and cross-functional departments.
• High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proficient English communication skills.
