Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Order processing via phone, email, and SAP
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
  • Supporting accounts payable and finance department
  • Main contact for the Sales Team 
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Handle customer complaints and requests

 
Your profile of qualifications:

 

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good to great MS office knowledge
  • Nice to have SAP Knowledge
  • Experience in Customer Service 
  • Good English command
  • Excellent communication skills. Structured and well organized
  • Highly motivated, Team player and Independent
