Overview of Role:
You will work directly for our Senior Key Account Manager as part of a dynamic sales & marketing team that launches our exciting innovation to the UK & Irish Markets. Visit our retail partners within your region (North of England & Scotland with occasional trips to Ireland) where you will own the store in terms of product knowledge & in store merchandising excellence.
Build relationships with the store personnel and report back to HQ with Cybex product feedback as well as competition and market insight. Working cross functional with local sales & marketing teams (Circa 20-25 people) to grow our brand awareness and revenue in all of our product categories.
Area of responsibilities:
- Be the expert in your product field
- Be able to promote and provide brand emersion training
- Plan effectively visit cycles that consider demographics and opportunity
- Visit retail stores to provide and action:
- Detailed product training
- Merchandising to agreed brand guidelines
- Solve customer queries. Install company Point of Sale (POS)
- Maintain high level of cleanliness for all company products and POS
- Report back to head quarter competitive activity in terms of product launches and brand activations
- Record data from visits
- Leverage relationships to gain additional listings by encouraging store staff to persuade buying teams on product assortment
- Using Company Sales numbers (Sales in (Board) and EPOS sales out data) to target areas of focus and attention/share success stories
- Possibly (If territory requires) be responsible for a selection of smaller Independent stores from a sales perspective as well as above activities
Profile of qualification:
- A level or equivalent qualification
- Ambitious with energy to drive the brand
- Ability to plan journey cycles efficiently
- Full clean driving license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel and stay away during the week
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Attention to detail, Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Independent way of working
