Your seat to fill:

 

  • Monitor and ensure product quality standards within the warehouse environment
  • Conduct regular product audits as well as ad-hoc quality checks (e.g. customer claims or production-related issues)
  • Supervise and support incoming quality inspections in collaboration with external partners
  • Coordinate and support rework activities within the warehouse
  • Guide, instruct and train external quality teams during rework operations
  • Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all incoming inspections
  • Train external inspectors on new products and quality inspection standards

 

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • Experience in product quality inspection or quality assurance
  • Ideally background in juvenile or children’s products
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and auditing
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent German skills (written and reporting), good English skills are a plus
  • Structured and analytical way of working with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with external partners
