(Senior) Specialist D2C Operations (m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and steer operational processes within the Cybex E-Com shop.
  • Measure and develop the outbound performance with third-party logistics partners.
  • Coordinate tasks and support Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team.
  • Track and monitor operational costs to positively influence D2C P&L to ensure a sustainable and profitable business.
  • Continuously support development and documentation of processes
  • Measure and develop the Return Performance at 3PL.  
  • Generate reports and key metrics to support SLA and performance management.
  • Contribute to and support ongoing operational projects.

 

Profile of Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or comparable education (e.g., apprenticeship as Business Clerk or in E-Commerce).
  • Initial relevant experience in Operations, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality with a clear process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), with strong skills in Excel and a solid understanding of process modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core systems.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in German (minimum B2 level).
