Your seat to fill:
- Manage and further develop the membership program as a core part of the CRM team
- Monitor and manage the loyalty program budget, including target setting, forecasting, reporting, and the identification of risks and opportunities
- Drive the membership and loyalty strategy in alignment with Direct-to-Consumer and company objectives
- Lead high-impact strategic CRM initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable results
- Develop and continuously improve our omnichannel member touchpoints across web, app and retail stores
- Plan and optimize omnichannel membership incentives, benefits and rewards to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for loyalty backend and frontend systems, supporting a scalable and consumer-centric platform development
- Build and maintain a structured membership engagement calendar including monthly activations
- Support segmentation development and contribute to automated lifecycle communication journeys in collaboration with the analytics and marketing teams
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Several years of experience in CRM, loyalty, customer engagement, or a similar role, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer environment
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Proven experience in budget management, forecasting and reporting
- Solid expertise in developing and executing CRM and loyalty strategies across the customer lifecycle
- Experience working with analytics teams and tools as well as a good understanding of segmentation and consumer KPI frameworks
- Proficiency with CRM/ Loyalty and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus)
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
