Manager CRM/ Membership Analytics (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Lead the development of digital analytics capabilities and reporting in CRM, including memberships, online and offline consumer data, and other digital related insights for the product, marketing, and commerce departments.
- Utilize multiple data sources to generate insights that will enable you to better understand consumers, increase reach and engagement, and ultimately drive sales
- Build and manage end-consumer data infrastructure, segmentation, and dashboards from scratch
- Oversee the development of best practice guidance and deliver to market to maximize analytics capabilities
- Co-define membership KPIs and reporting with acquisition and analytics team, and be involved in CRM/membership target setting and planning
Your profile of qualifications:
- Several years' experience in Digital Analytics, Consumer Insights, or Omnichannel Commerce. Membership program experience would be a plus
- Extensive experience with data reports, dashboarding and visualization techniques
- Extensive experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, eCom, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM)
- Experience working with SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI and any other analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel between the Bayreuth and Munich offices
