Manager International Marketing Channel Distribution (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting role within the international marketing team for all CYBEX relevant countries
  • Share global corporate-provided marketing materials and campaigns with the distributors on an extended geographical scope particularly EMEA  + specific focus on Columbus Trading Partners owned distribution regions where it would be required. 
  • Interact with global Marketing on special programs and initiatives designed for the core export markets to better position the brand and the products within those markets
  • Implement with the major distributors local trade marketing activities for the strategically most relevant KAMs and retailers
  • Provide recommendation and insight on relevant social media behavior and channels in the assigned markets
  • Support distributors to manage relationships with local external PR, creative and event agencies together with the distributor if necessary
  • Cooperate with distributors regarding organization of relevant local and national tradeshows, as well as assist in executing pre-event and post-event campaigns
  • Act as proactive member of Global International Sales team
  • Digital savvy on assets checks with strong focus on branding.  

 
Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
  • Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment 
  • Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills
  • Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
  • Analytical with high sense of organization, understands business and numbers
  • Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects.
