Manager Performance Marketing E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage and optimize E-commerce-focused Performance Marketing Channels with a large focus on Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
- Responsible for a profitable 3-digit multilanguage & multinational growth
- Work closely with Online Marketing & Web Development Agencies
- Weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI’s
- Responsible for budget planning and monitoring to ensure goals are met
- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in Marketing or Business Administration
- Several years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing or Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing, etc.)
- Nice to have experience in Google Analytics (Web Analytics), Feeds and Feed-Management-Tools, Affiliate-Marketing-Networks as well as in Remarketing
- Highly efficient, collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Very good language skills in English, German would be a plus
