Your seat to fill:

 

  • Own and further develop business analytics capabilities across E-Commerce, CRM, and Digital Business functions
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks
  • Deliver advanced analyses of e-commerce, customer, and commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimization potential
  • Act as a key contact for stakeholders regarding reporting, analytics, and performance insights
  • Support strategic initiatives and management reporting through data-driven analyses and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, Sales, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models, reporting architectures, and governance standards to support a growing global business environment
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and industry analyses to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices
  • Monitor and optimize e-commerce performance across the entire customer journey, including acquisition, conversion, retention, campaign effectiveness, and product performance
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced analytics methodologies, automation opportunities, and AI-driven use cases to enhance business performance and decision-making

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a similar role, ideally within an E-Commerce, Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, or Consumer Goods environment
  • Strong knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent business English skills; German is a plus
