(Senior) Specialist Consumer Engagement (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Understand the customer journey and implement measures to ensure a seamless online customer experience
- Understand and analyze customer feedback through implementing customer surveys and NPS reporting
- Manage external customer rating sites such as Trustpilot and Google
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience through valid data collection
- Manage and execute the video commerce strategy, working closely with the marketing, sales, global training team, and product teams to drive engagement and revenue
- Manage the distribution of video content across various channels, including social media, website, email, and other digital platforms
- Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Manage project timelines and budget planning for video commerce initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals
Your profile of qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of understanding the ecommerce customer experience
- Experience managing customer review sites and conducting customer surveys
- Experience developing and executing successful video commerce strategies using video tools such as Bambuser
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of video production and marketing professionals
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
- Fluent in German & English, with other languages being a huge plus
