Your seat to fill:
- Manage and maintain localized eCommerce content for UAE, KSA, and IMEA markets across PDPs, PLPs, landing pages, and campaigns
- Ensure all Arabic and English content is accurate, culturally relevant, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate translations, localisation reviews, and quality checks to maintain a consistent customer experience
- Support product launches and campaigns by ensuring content readiness, product setup, and timely go-live execution
- Organise and maintain product data, including descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and marketing assets
- Conduct regular audits of website content to identify inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities
- Drive improvements in customer experience, content structure, and product discoverability
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to optimise onsite content performance
- Monitor regional eCommerce trends, competitor activities, and digital best practices in the Middle East
- Act as a key point of contact for IMEA content topics, ensuring alignment between global standards and local market needs
- Support project coordination by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and contributing to scalable content processes and workflows
Your stroll to Cybex:
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field
- Early career professional with foundational experience in eCommerce, digital content management, online merchandising, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), eCommerce platforms, and/or PIM systems
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience and regional market expectations across the GCC / Gulf region, particularly within Arabic-speaking markets
- Experience with localization and multilingual content management is highly preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
