Your areas of responsibilities:

Manage the replenishment and allocation to maintain good availability
Be part of the assortment strategy development process for Cybex online shop
Support the replenishment process and align both channels online and offline
Keep the assortment data and the replenishment file accurate
Arranging Truck and container deliveries and monitor Inbounds (Quality blocks, Repacks etc.)
Be the point of contact for requests from Operations, CRM and Logistic
Monitor China orders with Supply chain, Production and Logistic from the Headquarter
Support the demand planning for assigned new products
Drive the forecast process bi-weekly with Operations and continuously improve the forecasting techniques
Work on SAP

Your profile of qualification:

Ideally hold a degree within retail buying or supply chain or similar
Some years of experience within the field of merchandising, retail buying or supply chain would be beneficial
Experience or exposure towards retail e-Commerce business is strongly recommended
Strong Excel skills is mandatory, SAP would be a plus
Fluent English languages skills is a must, German or any other European language is a plus
Interest or exposure towards the lifestyle, fashion, luxury retail or juvenile industry is recommended
Strong Analytical and organizational skills
Good communication skills at all levels
