Working Student Retail Operations (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:     
•    You support the Direct-to-Consumer/E-Commerce Operations Team within operational daily business task in the areas of Payment, Inbound/Outbound Logistics and Warehousing
•    You create and optimize dashboards to ensure Service Level Agreement of external Business Partners
•    You support the Customer Service Team as a second level contact person in terms of operational customer requests
•    You help to implement sustainable documentation
•    You are part of future expansion projects and will implement them successfully    


Your profile of qualification:
•    Studies of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar
•    Ideally have gained first work experiences in this field
•    Detail-oriented, organized, and independent way of working
•    Very good MS office knowledge (primary Excel)
•    Business fluent knowledge of English and German
•    Available to be based in our Munich office
