Your areas of responsibilities (maternity cover, 1 year contract, potentially renewable)

  • Support the Marketing Manager Scandi on all local marketing activities across Norway
  • Coordinate our global brand strategy at a local level, covering Trade Marketing, Influencers' campaigns and PR activities
  • Execute marketing plans for the Norwegian market
  • Work closely with retailers and influencers to maximize SOME spread
  • Develop presentations & marketing material for the sales force in your region and support marketing activities for customers in your region.
  • Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution.
  • Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline
  • Edit online text/visual content and ensure that the correct brand message is communicated in all marketing campaigns for this business unit
  • Coordinate the local PR agencies and organize local B2C fairs as well as events with retail partners

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
  • Some years of professional experience in Marketing ideally with good knowledge of Trade Marketing 
  • Experience with PR & influencers marketing would be a plus
  • Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
  • Analytical with high sense of organization
  • Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent Norwegian & English speaker
