Your seat to fill:

 

  • Executive Support: Assist GM (CZ/SVK) and Marketing Manager with admin tasks, projects, market visits
  • Event Management: Coordinate local events (A–Z), trade fairs, consumer shows, PR events, and internal meetings
  • POS Management: Forecast, order, ship, track, and maintain POS assets, store communications
  • Trade marketing: support in close collaboration with retail partners and the in-house Architecture team
  • Social Media: usage of SM tools & analytics
  • Translations: proof reading, newsletters, online communication, product presentations for internal and external use
  • Sales field support: Support sales reps with online/offline campaign & execution, sample requests
  • Portfolio management: Manage active portfolio with key retailers (product de/listings; campaigns, launches etc.)
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sell-out data, market share, and CRM logs to prepare KPI reports and presentations
  • PR & Influencers: Handle end-to-end processing and logistics for influencer orders and product seeding
  • Operational Flexibility: Perform additional tasks as required by company operations

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a business-related field 
  • Fluent in Czech, Advanced proficiency English
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office; benefit = Canva
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on mentality & multitasking capability
