Your areas of responsibilities:
- Act as a main contact for our customers, key accounts and distribution partners across Southeast Europe
- Manage orders processing via phone, email or EDI package
- Planning in deliveries and following up on logistical issues
- Support accounts payable and finance department
- Manage & resolve all incoming regional customer requests and/or challenges as well as after sales requests and/or complaints upon completion
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
- Manage special shipping requests
- Assist in CRM reporting
Your profile of qualification:
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as office administration and after sales skills
- A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience within customer relations and/or after sales is required
- Good MS office knowledge, SAP knowledge preferred, ERP or other CRM system is a plus
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- English & Czech/ fluent languages
- Structured and well organized
- Good prioritization skills
- Team player
