With guidance from Director of Sales, the role will be responsible for the following:

Flawless Execution With Our Retail Partners:  
•    Sales Analytics & Business Insights:
o    Deliver and maintain sales reporting dashboards and business performance analysis to support decision-making
o    Analyze sales trends, customer performance, promotional effectiveness and market opportunities
o    Deliver monthly insights and actionable recommendations to improve business performance
•    New Product Go-To-Market: Deliver all product listing requirements of all retail partners in Canada.  This includes product item listing setups across multiple accounts, A+ content set up where necessary, retail customer pricing, etc.
•    Promotional Planning & Execution: 
o    Coordinate promotional submissions and execution across Canadian retail partners 
o    Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure successful implementation
o    Analyze promotional performance and return on investment (ROI) to support future planning.
•    New Customer Set Ups: Work in collaboration with cross-functional team to set up new retail partners, as well as managing new requirements that are requested by our current retail partners i.e. new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements 


Retail Execution and Field Support:
•    This role will provide coverage to specific stores to ensure in-store execution.  This includes training in-store staff, support of in-store events and other necessary executions in collaboration with stores
•    Leverage in-store visits to gain insight & feedback to further deliver growth with our customers

Account Ownership:
•    This role will take on account ownership of smaller independent specialty retailer partners
•    Account ownership includes:  delivering to sales budget, forecasting, buyer & retail engagement, etc.

Support other initiatives and deliverables as necessary
