Sales Representative South Sweden (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Sell CYBEX and gb products, with a special focus on furniture and children’s products to retailers in the assigned geographic area.
- Pursue sales leads to maximize commercial opportunity of your geographical region and customer portfolio’ into area of responsibility.
- Assess customer needs, drive the customer portfolio, identifying where the potential and turnover is
- Individual customer consultation
- Hold product trainings for retailers and other customers
- Monitor and evaluate the market and the competitors
- Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Participate in international fairs
- Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines
Your profile of qualification:
- Opportunity to expand your experience in sales/account management in a fast moving Global environment
- Experience as a Sales Representative or within Sales retail, or Business developer/Account Manager
- Preferably with exposure to Retail, FMCG, Luxury Goods, Sports or Toys industry
- Have a good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail businesses and how to promote & sell products
- Ideally graduated from a university degree within Business field and/or other
- Swedish native is a must, other language is a plus
- High sense of initiative, business minded and competitive mindset.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Driven, motivated & dynamic personality
- Good MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel frequently around the given area
