Your seat to fill:
- Implement sales strategies to successfully drive stroller sales to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry across Stockholm and northern Sweden.
- Ensure product and POS merchandising is executed according to established brand guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and participate in sales events, including occasional weekend activities (1–2 Saturdays per month, with corresponding weekdays off to maintain a 5-day work schedule).
- Encourage and support retailers in creating social media content and other initiatives that drive sell-through.
- Deliver structured product training and coaching sessions, following Cybex training standards, to retailers and relevant partners such as influencers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and tailored consultations, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Identify and approach potential new business partners when relevant opportunities arise.
- Analyze sales data, stock levels, and market trends; prepare forecasts and manage budget follow-ups.
- Develop and implement joint business and activity plans with retailers in alignment with the General Manager Category.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities, providing insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support marketing initiatives by distributing materials and ensuring correct execution across the customer network.

- Relevant experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, ideally within retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical product categories.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation.
- Motivation to contribute to further strengthening Cybex Wheelgoods’ market position.
- Solid understanding of premium and luxury segments, with a proven ability to effectively promote and sell premium products.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently from a home-office environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented personality with a passion for sales and customer relationships.
- Good command of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Availability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month with compensatory weekdays off
