Your seat to fill:

 

  • Drive sales of CYBEX products to B2B retailers and distributors within the juvenile industry nationwide.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and personalized consultations.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver product training sessions for retailers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Organize and support in-store events to enhance brand presence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to adapt strategies.
  • Identify, research, and engage prospective customers to generate new sales and foster repeat business.
  • Represent the brand at international trade fairs.
  • Ensure merchandising and POS materials align with Visual Merchandising guidelines.

 


Your stroll to CYBEX:

  • Relevant field sales experience, ideally within premium or luxury retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of premium markets and effective sales strategies.
  • University degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portugese and English.
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and hands-on approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
