Head of Sales and KAM - Denmark (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Develop an overall market strategy how to grow Cybex in the Danish market
- Establish, oversee and execute sales and marketing activities to implement the overall business strategy and meet commercial objectives
- Lead the Danish Sales and Marketing Team to maximize sales growth, brand awareness and brand visibility in Denmark
- Develop and maintain long-standing profitable business relationships with our 5 biggest key accounts and ensure constant sales expansion
- Drive your own portfolio of 10 retail stores to ensure you have a close sense of the market
- Lead, control and direct all business development activities in Denmark, with a special focus on driving product launches and establishing new categories
- Ensure that all employees are properly trained in skills, product & company knowledge, procedures, standards and systems
- Maintain the Danish sales and marketing forecast and track the budget
- Monitor and achieve agreed turnover targets incl. regular reporting
- Provide recommendations to the regional & global marketing team on special programs and initiatives designed for the Danish market to better position the brand and the products
- Lead a small team of sales- and marketing people
- Ensure compliance in all business transaction with local law and regulations
- Reference to the Nordic general manager
- You are part of the Nordic leadership team

Your profile of qualification:
- Hold a University studies of Business Administration, Marketing or similar field
- Several related work experience, preferably in the area of Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, Sports, Fashion or Toy industries
- Be an expert in Key Account Management in the Danish market
- Structured and strong in following up on actions and get things done
- Fluent in Danish and Business English
- Extensive brand marketing and sales know-how both at strategic and operational level
- Experience of increasing turnover and profitability as well as successfully managing P&Ls, budgets and sales growth
- Knowledge of operating standards and processes, with a "can do" approach
- Leadership experience would be preferable
- Positive, proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit person ideally experienced with Start-ups
