Do you have a few years experience in sales&marketing or business development, or maybe fresh out of your degree, but highly eager and ambitious to get into the commercial heart of a fast growing business, then look at the below position.

 

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a Nordic team of 25 people, but on a daily basis located in Frichs Parken Aarhus with 10 great colleagues.
  • Be in charge of the launch process, in close cooperation with Nordic GM and HQ in Bayreuth. Support launches run as smoothly and effective as possible, providing all available information to the markets
  • Drive Nordic League – our retail excellence program
  • Make sell-in decks for campaigns and commercial activities
  • Support in execution of the Nordic assortment strategy
  • Collect and distribute market insights, relevant for all Nordic markets
  • Weekly screening of Nordic key account websites for out of stock
  • Develop and update retail sell-out tool, for top 10 retail partners in Nordics
  • Be responsible for POS, ordering, stock situation and instore POS inspiration
  • Support GM in the yearly planning and budget process
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to sales and marketing


Your profile of qualification:

  • Master degree in Marketing, International business or similar
  • 0-3 years experience from sales&marketing or business development
  • Super user in excel and powerpoint
  • English and Danish fluently – alternatively Swedish or Norwegian
  • High drive, positive and ambitious
  • Team player, but also independent in problem solving
  • Desire to grow in the role and take on additional responsibilities as you develop
