Assistant Brand Marketing Italy (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities

  • In the regional marketing team, you will help to implement the brand strategy on a local level, all PR and influencer activities, social activities and trade marketing activations as well as joining fairs and events to increase brand awareness. You ensure that the correct brand message is communicated in all marketing collaterals/campaign/activities and new product launches communication
  • Coordinating events, webinars and retailers’ communication giving support and providing material and resources
  • Coordinating and planning social media contents on brand and retailers channels. Main contact for partners’ digital activations.
  • Helping with documents and translations of factsheet and brochure
  • Updating our guidelines and toolbox control for our sales reps.
  • Direct contact with suppliers
  • Training sessions with third parties to promote the brand 
  • Set standards for events and fairs (B2B & B2C) in terms of brand appearance and brand message and support the local sales team in the execution
  • MKT Budget help to control the invoices reception
  • (At the superior´s request, the employee can be asked to perform additional tasks that correspond to the type of position or become necessary as a result of company operations.)

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing activities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/Communication
  • Native Italian and fluent verbal and written English skills
