Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Develop biomechanical and ergonomic requirement profiles for the development of juvenile products, ensuring they meet safety and usability standards
  • Review product ideas in the concept phase, assessing them based on biomechanical criteria to ensure optimal design and functionality
  • Conduct thorough checks of product-related artworks to ensure alignment with biomechanical and ergonomic standards
  • Provide support throughout the product development process, offering expertise on biomechanical, ergonomic, and usability aspects to enhance product quality
  • Organize and conduct product tests with children and parents, focusing on ergonomics, comfort, and usability. Collect feedback and derive proposals for design improvements
  • Acquire new test families and maintain communication with existing ones, ensuring their participation in product testing activities
  • Conduct technology scouting and market analysis in the areas of ergonomics, comfort, and safety to stay informed about industry trends and advancements
  • Evaluate and review biomechanical studies to incorporate relevant findings into product development processes
  • Supervise scientific projects related to biomechanics and ergonomics, providing support in the creation of scientific publications

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Completed education or studies (HTL/FH/University) with a focus on biomechanics, biomedicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, midwifery, or similar field
  • Previous experience working with children, understanding their needs and behaviors in relation to product usage
  • Strong interest in the topic of ergonomics and a desire to contribute to the development of safe and comfortable juvenile products
  • Demonstrated ability to handle safety-related tasks responsibly, prioritizing the well-being of users
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting purposes
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Able to thrive in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
