Assistant(e) chargé(e) relation clients France

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact and represent our brand for our French customers and distribution partners
  • Build long-term relationships with our customers in cooperation with the local sales teams
  • Support on order management tasks (quotation, order entry, invoicing and logistics)
  • Provide product advice and handle customer complaints 
     

Your profile of qualification:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First experience in customer relations, customer care or customer support is preferable 
  • Ability to work independently with a high sense of initiative and assertiveness
  • Team player and customer focus 
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, SAP experience would be a plus 
  • Native French is a must, fluency in English is strongly recommended
