Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to the GM France/Luxembourg/Belgium in project management and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and arrange business trips for the GM France/Luxembourg/Belgium and customer visits
  • Manage office related purchases, answering calls, invoices & expenses
  • Prepare presentations, Track relevant KPIs across all functions and provide high-level summaries
  • Support on administrative Staff Management: Planning, holidays, follow up on French regulations on the HR side


Your profile of qualification:

  • Commercial apprenticeship (in hotel management or office administration)
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in an office assistant role
  • Profound MS Office skills
  • Very good French and English skills, Dutch or German is a plus
