Senior Specialist After Sales Balkans (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill: 

 

  • Overseeing Balkan After Sales market
  • Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logistical issues
  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package and Initiate free-of-charge product exchange
  • Provide updates on actual after sales topics
  • Implementation of complex repairs on reclaimed goods, Evaluate reclaimed goods concerning function and quality, Handling of complaints
  • Support our internal complaints department and the implementation of respective After Sales processes and structures
  • Onboarding of new colleagues and development of the team
  • Documentation of related processes and guidelines

 

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • Experience in Customer Service, After Sales, Complaints Handling, or Operations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on priorities independently
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with order processing and logistics coordination is an advantage
  • Technical understanding or experience with product repairs/quality evaluation is a plus
  • Ability to work in an international environment, especially within the Balkan market
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented personality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/order management systems
  • Fluency in Croatian and English required
  • Team player with the ability to support onboarding and training of new colleagues
  • Its a Parental Leave Cover role, with fixed term contract
