Specialist Customer Relations Balkans (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Order processing via phone, email or EDI
- Planning deliveries and following up on logistics issues
- Supporting accounts payable and finance department
- Main contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners (B2B)
- Providing product information and handling customers complaints
- Developing strong and trusted relationship with customers
Your profile of qualification:
- Commercial education or college.
- Native Croatian with very good English skills
- Ideally strong work experience in customer service
- Good MS Office knowledge, SAP would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured
- Teamplayer
- Able to work under pressure
- Independent
