Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI
  • Planning deliveries and following up on logistics issues
  • Supporting accounts payable and finance department
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners (B2B) 
  • Providing  product information and handling customers complaints 
  • Developing strong and trusted relationship with customers 
     

Your profile of qualification:

  • Commercial education or college.  
  • Native Croatian with very good English skills
  • Ideally strong work experience in customer service 
  • Good MS Office knowledge, SAP would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured
  • Teamplayer
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Independent
