Specialist Customer Relations Balkans (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

 

  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI
  • Planning deliveries and following up on logistics issues
  • Supporting accounts payable and finance department
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners (B2B)
  • Providing  product information and handling customers complaints
  • Developing strong and trusted relationship with customers

 


Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
  • Fluency in Croatian and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment
